Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Conduct property evaluations and coordinate necessary due diligence for potential acquisitions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our rental services and attract new property listings.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property acquisition processes, including documentation and record keeping.
- Stay informed about market trends, local regulations, and competitive landscape affecting short-term rentals.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in negotiation, sales, or business development within real estate or hospitality sectors preferred.
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to identify promising opportunities and target audiences.
