Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change using cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, utensils, and beverages
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and adhere to legal requirements
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service and closing duties at the end of shifts
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service roles preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, calculating bills, and managing cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact with guests
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour
