Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Real Estate Videographer, Photographer & Social Media Marketer to bring properties to life through high-quality videos and photos. This role combines creative visual storytelling with strategic social media marketing to maximize property exposure and attract potential buyers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about photography and videography, training will be provided.
Duties
- Capture compelling video tours and high-resolution photographs of residential and commercial properties using professional equipment.
- Manage and grow social media channels by creating engaging posts, stories, reels, and advertisements tailored to target audiences.
- Follow MLS and NLAR rules and regulations when advertising
- Develop content calendars and strategies to increase online engagement, reach new clients, and showcase property features effectively.
- Collaborate with agents and clients to understand their branding goals and tailor content accordingly.
- Monitor analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize future marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate videography, photography, or related multimedia production roles considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn for marketing purposes.
- Ability to operate professional camera equipment, drones, lighting gear, and editing software efficiently.
- Excellent eye for detail with a keen sense of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
