Shipping Customer Service Office Administration

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Operations Administrator to become an important part of our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do
This is a varied role where no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate LTL freight, courier shipments, and shipping documentation
- Prepare customer quotations and invoices using QuickBooks
- Receive and organize incoming shipments and inventory
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer incoming emails professionally
- Assist with customer service inquiries
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Support the sales and engineering teams with administrative tasks
- Track projects and ensure information is complete before processing
- Assist with general office administration as required

Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- 2+ years in an administrative, operations, logistics, or customer service role
- Experience using QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience coordinating shipping or freight is considered an asset
- Manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience is beneficial but not required
