Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Manually move, carry, and stack materials and supplies to keep the production line flowing.
- Equipment Operation: Safely use basic hand tools and power equipment—such as saws and drills—to complete assigned tasks.
- Site Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly to promote a safe environment.
- Versatile Support: Be ready to jump into various manual tasks as needed to support the team and meet daily targets.
Requirements & Experience
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with manual handling and remaining active on your feet throughout a full shift.
- Hands-on Background: Previous experience in a labour-intensive role within industrial, construction, or warehouse settings.
- Tool Literacy: Competent in the safe use of basic power tools, screws, and manual equipment.
- Reliability: A proactive "can-do" attitude with a focus on punctuality and team collaboration.
