Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Home Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, providing tailored solutions to improve their home comfort systems, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enabling us to serve a diverse client base effectively.
Duties
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients’ comfort needs and recommend appropriate HVAC or home improvement solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, including product demonstrations and proposal presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within B2B or technology sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Customer service oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Technical sales experience related to HVAC systems or home improvement products is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required for client visits.
Pay: $120,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
Work Location: On the road
