Syncro Security Inc. is currently hiring experienced Level III Security Guards for a short-term full-time labour strike assignment.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Short-Term Full-Time
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: Day & Night shifts available
- Location: Pickering & Woodbine
- Start Date: Immediate
- Pay Rate: $24–$25/hour
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment during strike operations
- Control access to the site and verify authorized personnel
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols
- Monitor and report suspicious or disruptive activity
- Complete detailed incident reports
- Respond to emergencies and follow site procedures
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence at all times
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Previous security experience required
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Availability to work 12-hour day or night shifts
- Level C CPR & First Aid, WHMIS, and Use of Force certifications
- Military, law enforcement, or high-risk security experience
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
