Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical explanations of merchandise
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-stocked
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage cashiering duties with professionalism, including handling returns and exchanges
- Maintain organized stock areas and ensure merchandise is properly labeled and presented
- Engage with customers via phone or in person to answer questions and provide information about current promotions or seasonal offerings
- Support team members with time management and organizational tasks to ensure smooth store operations
