Renu Health & Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or Lymphatic Therapist to join our team.
You do not need to already specialize in lymphatic drainage.
If you are an experienced, motivated RMT who is interested in expanding your skill set, we are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to learn and develop expertise in lymphatic drainage, post-operative care, and lymphatic-focused wellness treatments.
This is an opportunity to build a strong clientele in a clinic that has developed a significant focus on lymphatic health and specialized therapeutic care.

Renu Health & Wellness is a growing Calgary wellness clinic specializing in therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, post-operative support, and other health and wellness treatments.

The Opportunity
We are looking for either:
- An experienced Lymphatic Therapist
- A Registered Massage Therapist who wants to specialize in lymphatic drainage
- An RMT with an interest in post-operative care, edema management, lymphatic health, or therapeutic wellness
For the right therapist, we are prepared to provide training and mentorship in our lymphatic treatment approach.
You will have the opportunity to work with clients seeking treatments such as:
- Manual lymphatic drainage
- General lymphatic wellness treatments
- Post-operative lymphatic support
- Swelling and fluid-management treatments
- Therapeutic massage
- Customized massage treatments based on client needs
As your knowledge and experience develop, there will be opportunities to grow further within Renu's lymphatic-focused services.
What We're Looking For
The right person is someone who:
- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing, where applicable
- Has strong hands-on treatment skills
- Is professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Genuinely cares about helping clients achieve better health outcomes
- Is interested in learning lymphatic drainage and specialized treatment techniques
- Is open to ongoing education and professional development
- Communicates confidently and professionally with clients
- Understands the importance of treatment planning and client education
- Is comfortable building long-term relationships with clients
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized treatment space
- Works well as part of a collaborative clinic environment
Previous lymphatic drainage experience is an asset but is NOT required.
We would much rather find the right therapist with the right attitude and teach them than limit the opportunity only to someone who already has lymphatic training.

Availability for a combination of daytime, evening, and/or weekend appointments is an asset.

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
