Job Summary
We are recruiting for a full-time Architectural Technician opportunity in Huntsville, ON with a growing company specializing in high-end, custom-made window and door products for residential and commercial projects. The Architectural Technician will prepare technical drawings, product layouts, specifications, and documentation while also working with customers in a professional showroom environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed technical design work, has strong AutoCAD skills, and brings excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, architectural drawings, product layouts, and specifications for custom windows and doors.
- Review architectural plans, engineering drawings, and project specifications to determine product requirements.
- Create and revise drawings using AutoCAD while ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with design requirements.
- Prepare material take-offs, product schedules, and documentation to support quoting, planning, and project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, construction standards, and customer requirements.
- Respond to technical inquiries, support customers during project development, and maintain accurate project records.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Full-time, in-office position located in Huntsville, ON.
