What You'll Do
As a Retail Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service throughout the store. Your day may include:
- Greeting customers and proactively offering assistance
- Responding to customer requests through our Meerby customer assistance system
- Helping customers locate products and answer questions
- Carrying purchases to customer vehicles (carry-outs)
- Retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot
- Replenishing merchandise and stocking shelves
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized aisles
- Assisting with seasonal merchandising and promotional displays
- Supporting various departments as business needs change
- Working collaboratively with teammates to ensure excellent customer experiences

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent walking throughout a large retail store
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors while completing carry-outs and cart retrieval
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
