Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty to enhance the client experience and support business growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care and beauty industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and treatments.
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of nail care.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
