We at Toronto Auto Group are looking for a full-time Internal Service Writer to join our fast-growing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs
- Prepare repair orders and ensure they are closed in a timely manner with all appropriate costs
- Provide assistance to the sales department
- Provide service recommendations and estimated costs
- Strive to meet departmental repair order production standards
- Schedule service appointments
- Ensure all data and/or information is updated as required into the system
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person
- Provide assistance to the parts department
- Complete other tasks, as required
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience a must
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using good organizational and time management skills
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
