Temporary Contract Position
Salary: $23.50 – $25.50 per hour, depending on experience
Our client, a progressive and values-driven law firm, is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Temporary Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support its busy office. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional office experience. This position combines front-desk reception duties with administrative support responsibilities and is well suited to someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities.

Greet clients and visitors in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth

Respond to general inquiries and direct communications appropriately

Assist with client intake and onboarding processes

Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate visitor logistics

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence

Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas remain organized

Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and administrative support tasks

Support legal and administrative staff with document handling and file organization

Enter and maintain data accurately in firm systems

Assist with internal documentation and office procedures

Utilize office technology and software platforms to support daily operations

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Previous customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills
