Executive Assistant (Contract)
We are on the search for skilled professionals with solid administration and coordination skills! The role of the Executive Assistant will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and manage multiple shifting priorities and requests that are often time sensitive.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Identify and oversee the administration of tasks, projects and reports that are to be submitted to the Executive Office
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and activities of the Executive Office
- Prepare and review various company documents and correspondence
- Prepare and manage expense claims for Executive Office
- Manage and organize Executive Office documents and filing
- Record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain a professional presence at the Head Office and provide other administrative support as required
- Such other duties as assigned by the organization from time to time.
Your strengths include:
- Completion of a post-secondary office administration or business administration program is preferred
- 3+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experienced in Sharepoint and MS Office
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all members, and have the ability to build strong working relationships
- High energy, personable, creative, and demonstrate proactive approaches to diverse situations
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with Executive Office communications and documents
