Night Owl Kitchen + Bar is officially launching in Delta, and we are building an elite Grand Opening team.
This is a completely remodelled, brand new premium establishment bringing something the city has been missing for years. Elevated food. A strong cocktail and bar program. A high-energy atmosphere.
We are seeking experienced Servers who have worked in reputable restaurants or bars and understand the standards, pace, and professionalism required in a premium hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, high-energy guest experiences from start to finish
- Take accurate orders using POS systems and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining elevated presentation standards
- Confidently recommend and upsell menu items, cocktails, and features
- Manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Handle payments and cash accurately
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Contribute to a polished, team-first culture during our grand opening and beyond
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years serving experience in reputable restaurants or bars
- Experience in well-recognized hospitality brands preferred
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, premium environments
- Passion, dedication, and pride in hospitality
