Are you passionate about sales and helping customers bring their home projects to life? We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our flooring store team.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting flooring products that suit their needs and budget
- Provide product knowledge on hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile
- Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up on leads
- Maintain showroom appearance and merchandising displays
- Build lasting relationships with customers and contractors
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or sales experience (flooring or home improvement is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic computer skills for invoicing and order entry
- Flooring experience is considered an asset.
