Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Warehouse and Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves managing inventory, assisting customers, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and technical inquiries
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is well-organized and visually appealing
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and warehouse areas
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Support merchandising efforts to promote featured products and seasonal displays
- Aid in picking, packing and shipping orders.
- Assist in inventory management
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
