About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can pick up a camera and shoot, not just design a post. You'll capture original photo and video content on-site, manage our social channels day-to-day, and run paid social ad campaigns that drive real results.
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit original photo and video content on-site, from morning espresso pours to late-night events
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to grow reach and drive traffic
- Develop a content calendar aligned with the rhythms of the bar and season
- Attend events and key moments on-site to capture real-time content
- Track performance metrics across organic and paid content, adjusting strategy based on results
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showing you can shoot and edit your own photo/video content, not just design graphics
- Hands-on experience running paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar)
- Comfort managing day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and community engagement
- A deep understanding of social platforms as places, not just channels
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently with minimal brief
- Based in Toronto with flexibility to be on-site across various hours and events
