Requirements

A Canadian CPA designation or equivalent is required.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices, ideally including those appropriate for a non-profit.

5+ years of total experience including a role in full cycle accounting AND project management experience implementing and automating a significant process change in a reasonably complex environment

Experience communicating with an audience across multiple departments within a company.

Detail oriented, highly adaptable, self-motivated and personable.

A passionate change agent who is comfortable being in the driver’s seat and leading the project.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required along with a high degree of business acumen.

The ability to deal respectfully with all people and situations with honesty and integrity.
