Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will bring blueprints and schematics to life by constructing, installing, and repairing structures with precision and expertise. Your hands-on skills will contribute to a variety of projects, from residential restorations to commercial builds, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety at every step. Duties
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide your work accurately.
- Construct and install framing for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishing materials with precision.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications through diligent inspections.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks and manage material handling efficiently to maintain workflow momentum.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or related construction roles with a strong understanding of woodworking principles.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, drywall installation, siding application, and restoration projects.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions safely.
- Construction experience that demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills is highly valued.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
