Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating property listings, and assisting with client communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for the real estate industry. Computer skills, typing, and marketing/canva experience is highly valued to serve our diverse position effectively. Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and managing property listings across various platforms, including online portals and social media channels.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and appointments with clients and prospective buyers.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to showing requests and addressing client needs.
- Assist with marketing efforts such as creating promotional materials, updating websites, and managing social media accounts.
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing contracts, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth property management operations and client relations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques to assist in closing deals effectively.
- Experience with marketing strategies relevant to real estate is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients better.
- Proficiency in administrative software such as MS Office Suite; familiarity with real estate CRM systems is advantageous.
