Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Company Driver to join our team for Canada/U.S. Runs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing driving skills and mechanical knowledge to support our operations efficiently.
Duties
- Safely operate company truck, dryvan and reefer to transport freight and materials to designated destinations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during transit
- Assist with moving freight within facilities or between locations as needed
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation activities
Experience
- Valid commercial driver’s license (class 1) with minimum 2 years of driving experience and a clean driving record
- Valid US visa or Canadian passport
- Driver must be experienced in driving on highway 11/17, US highways and BC.
- Driver must be able to pass Drug test.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues professionally
- Ability to handle moving tasks efficiently and safely in various environmentsThis position requires a dedicated individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining safety standards. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and experience with freight movement to succeed in this role.
We offer:
- $0.60 per mile for all miles driven
- 10,000-12,000 miles per month

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
