Customer Service & Lending Associate - Full-Time / Part-Time

We are a buy, sell, and lending business with a strong focus on customer service, product knowledge, research, and long-term relationships. We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We are looking for someone who is kind, curious, dependable, hard-working, and willing to learn.
The right person enjoys helping customers, researching products, solving problems, and learning about a wide range of items including electronics, computers, phones, gaming, musical instruments, jewelry, collectibles, and more.
This is a great fit for someone who has taught themselves skills, enjoys figuring things out, and takes pride in becoming good at what they do.

Responsibilities include customer service, product research, learning how to evaluate items for buying and lending, supporting store operations, following procedures, maintaining displays and inventory, and helping create a positive team environment.
We provide on-the-job training, performance incentives, and opportunities to grow into more senior responsibilities over time.
Applicants should be comfortable using technology, communicating by phone/text/email, working in a fast-paced environment, and working some evenings and weekends.
