Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee the coordination of vehicle reconditioning and deliveries across Alberta, based out of our Legal, AB location. This role is critical in ensuring that all pending deliveries move efficiently through the preparation and pre-delivery process. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to keeping both internal teams and customers informed at every stage of the reconditioning and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all pending deliveries to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to move vehicles through preparation and pre-delivery stages efficiently
- Maintain clear and regular communication with Sales, and other departments regarding reconditioning and delivery status
- Arrange and schedule drivers for deliveries based on availability and logistical needs
- Prepare and organize all required delivery documentation
- Provide accurate delivery quotes and timelines to internal teams
- Ensure all tasks are executed with attention to detail and urgency
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment

- Proficient with digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team
This is an entry-level position, prior experience in logistics or a related field is considered an asset, but is not required. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the role.
