Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in North Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to drive engagement, generate leads, and deliver measurable results for a portfolio of clients across a broad spectrum of industries. Alongside campaign management, you will craft compelling ad copy and contribute to the creative and design direction of campaigns to ensure a strong, consistent brand presence. A strong command of paid social and search advertising, conversion tracking, and analytics tools such as GA4 is essential for success in this position, along with a good eye for design, sharp copywriting skills, and the ability to communicate results clearly to clients.
Duties
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for a portfolio of client accounts.
- Own day-to-day management of multiple client accounts, and contribute to shared accounts alongside the team.
- Write clear, compelling ad copy and contribute to the creative and design direction of campaigns to maintain a strong, consistent brand presence.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and tags, and manage budget pacing across accounts.
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creative, copy, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
- Support email marketing campaigns across several accounts.
- Develop SEO strategy for client accounts, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and prioritization of opportunities.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices directly on client pages, including title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, keyword optimization, internal linking, and content formatting.
- Use Canva and other design programs to create engaging, professional advertisements, including still images, video, and other creative formats.
- Monitor campaign results in GA4 and platform dashboards, and prepare clear performance reports.
- Communicate with clients on campaign updates, results, and next steps, including status calls.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels while staying current with industry best practices in digital marketing.
Experience
- Three to five years of hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and running campaigns independently.
- Demonstrated experience writing ad copy and developing creative for paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, with the ability to build and optimize campaigns across the full funnel from awareness through to conversion.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with Canva and other design programs to produce still and video advertisements.
- Strong command of GA4 and platform reporting, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns via Google AdWords/Google Ads and Facebook Advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies for nurturing customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing updates and calls.
- Experience with healthcare, medical, or other regulated categories is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
You will take real ownership of client accounts from day one and see the direct impact of your work on their growth. You will work across a varied portfolio of healthcare, medical, and consumer clients, giving you the chance to sharpen your skills across paid media, creative, and SEO rather than staying in one lane. We keep things practical and collaborative, value initiative over red tape, and offer genuine room to grow your responsibilities as you deliver results. If you want to do meaningful work with a close-knit team that trusts you to run with it, we would like to hear from you.
