Part-Time Clinic Assistant / Receptionist
Wintergreen Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Part-Time Clinic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for a student or young person looking for part-time work in a friendly healthcare environment.
The Position
We are looking for someone who can work approximately 5 hours every Saturday, with the opportunity for additional shifts when our regular staff are on vacation or call in sick. (Also can make the opportunity to add some evening hours).
We are looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable helping with both administrative and general clinic duties
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Process insurance billing
- Assist with motor vehicle accident billing through HCAI
- Assist with WSIB billing
- Provide administrative support to our physiotherapists and healthcare professionals
- Help manage and update our social media platforms
- Keep the reception area and clinic organized and welcoming
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist with basic clinic tasks
- Complete general cleaning duties, including:
- Laundry and folding towels
- Disinfecting treatment rooms and equipment
- Vacuuming
- Keeping the kitchen/staff room clean and organized
Training will be provided! You do not need previous experience in a physiotherapy clinic. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and brings a positive attitude to work.
