Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Weekends Off

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collision Estimator (CSR) to join our team in Nobleton, ON. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a collision repair environment and possess strong customer service and estimating skills. Experience with collision repair networks such as CSN, FIX Auto, CARSTAR, or similar collision centres is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles
- Communicate with customers regarding repair processes, timelines, and updates
- Review vehicle damage and coordinate repairs with technicians and insurance companies
- Manage work orders, estimates, and customer documentation
- Ensure all repairs are properly documented and billed
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and suppliers
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling and monitor repair progress
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, CSR, or similar role in a collision centre
- Experience working with CSN, FIX Auto, CARSTAR, or other collision repair facilities preferred
- Hands-on experience using Mitchell estimating software preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive collision repair processes is an asset
