Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated and energetic Door to Door Home Energy Advisor (Lead Generator) to join our team. This role involves engaging with homeowners directly to educate the Homeowner about available rebates for energy saving HVAC systems. Then book qualified in home appointmensts for our Comfort Advisors. This is not a high pressure sales position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to homeowners, explaining the benefits of energy efficiency programs and services
- Identify potential leads through engaging conversations and assess customer need
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team by collecting relevant customer information and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies and improve engagement efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain a positive attitude while representing the company brand in various neighborhoods and communities
Requirements
- Proven experience in Door to Door preferred, inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining motivation and enthusiasm
- Excellent English language skills.
- Experience in marketing or business development is beneficial
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for travel between neighborhoods
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about sales, community engagement, and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
