Job Summary
Join our team as a Member Sales & Service Associate (MSS), where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive member satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will engage with members, showcase the facility, and deliver exceptional service experiences. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate product knowledge will be key. Responsibilities
- Welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and by email
- Give tours and help prospective members understand our memberships and services
- Administer new memberships and renewals
- Assist members and prospects in person and over the phone and email
- Keep the entire club clean, organized and stocked
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions and workshops
- Follow club policies, procedures and operational standards
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
