We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a growing, innovative specialty coffee distributor. You don't need to be a coffee hobbyist, but certainly an interest or love or coffee is an asset. This is a hybrid position working in the showroom, assisting with web-chat and phone calls related to online inquiries or orders, and warehouse responsibilities, which includes shipping and order picking.
Hours & Schedule:
Option 1: 6 days a week / 45 hours
Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 4:00pm
Option 2: 5 days a week / 37 hours
Saturday is required, but you will receive a day off during the week.
Responsibilities
Help customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person—answering questions, recommending equipment, and guiding purchases.

Greet walk-in customers in our showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience. Energy and presentation are important.

Handle in-store transactions (cash, debit, credit) with care and accuracy.

Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment..

Working to both pick and ship orders, along with other warehouse tasks, as needed.

Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.
- $20/hour to start, with strong potential for future growth.
