```Duties```
- Help carpenters/renovators perform renovations and repairs
- Clean and organize site, tools & supplies
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a hard worker
- Some knowledge of construction techniques and materials
-Willing to learn and displays desire to grow skills
This is a support role that supplies, cleans and organizes for the team. The ideal candidate is physically fit and should be able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with other team members.
