Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings and host strategic open houses
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure optimal outcomes for clients
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital platforms and social media
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property features
- Coordinate with industry professionals (inspectors, appraisers, mortgage brokers) to ensure smooth transactions
- Stay current on local market trends, regulations, and industry developments
