We are seeking a dependable Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support our warehouse team and service operations. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with logistics coordination in a safety-focused industrial environment. Responsibilities
· Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
· Verify quantities and report damage or shortages
· Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
· Pick, stage, and prepare materials
· Accurately pick orders using packing slip and location codes
· Coordinate shipping and logistics (labelling, paperwork, scheduling pickups)
· Load, unload, and safely move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
· Secure and protect high-value electrical equipment when moving and storing.
· Support shop staff with material handling and job staging when needed.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies
· Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Requirements
· Previous warehouse and/or industrial experience preferred
· Basic computer skills (email, inventory software, shipping systems).
· Able to lift 50 lbs+ and work in a physical environment
· Forklift experience an asset, counterbalance, indoor and outdoor forklifts.
· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Forklift experience; counterbalance, indoor and outdoor forklifts.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Assets (Not Required)
· Forklift certification
· Experience with shipping/receiving and/or logistics.
· Experience with heavy equipment and forklifts; certification(s) an advantage
· Experience towing a trailer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
