The Website and Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the company’s marketing initiatives, including website and social media. The coordinator focuses on enhancing Access Roadside brand and reputation by developing and executing written and visual content on the company website, social media, and other digital platforms. The coordinator is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting website, social media, and digital advertising analytics.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and maintains all aspects of the website and social media platforms, ensuring they remain current and on brand.
Creates, implements, and manages digital advertising campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google AdWords.
- You will be managing custom build web software (defining requirements based on business needs, writing documentation, change requests, creating documents for the development team).
- Communicating with business owner and development team
- New changes signoff
Skills \ Qualities
- Understanding of SDLC
- Understanding how to write software product requirements documentation
- Experience working in or with a software development team is a plus.
- Software project management or product management experience is a plus.
Responsible for taking photos for social media. Responsible for website training and support for the broker network, staff.
Monitors social media accounts for performance and analytics.
Provides strategic and effective website SEO – evaluates content and keywords regularly.
Create blog content, developing blog stories, and posting to the website.
Helps develop strategies to drive website traffic.
