Optical (prescription eyewear ) and retail management experience is required.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations including sales, eye exam scheduling, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with head office for stock needs, and conduct regular audits.
- Ensure the store’s appearance and product displays meet company standards.
- Stay up to date with eyewear fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service.
- Handle sales transactions and payment processing.
- Perform administrative tasks and reporting.

- Previous experience in vision care is required.
