The Role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Associate to join our team. As a member of our team, you'll work in a supportive and positive environment with experienced professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service.
Your Impact
The Kitchen Associate provides exceptional service in our kitchen by being highly motivated and positive while working in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepares customers orders by cooking, grilling, and frying using number of industrial kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.
- Ensuring to always maintain safe food handling procedures.
- Perform various prep duties (slicing, chopping, packaging, etc.) meeting proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
- Stock fridges, freezers, shelves, and display cases ensuring proper levels of inventory are kept.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
- Taking orders from customers
- Assists in overseeing staff in their daily routine.
- Responsible for assisting Chef
About You
- Possess a year of valuable experience as Kitchen Associate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enhancing customer service and team collaboration.
- Experience working in a busy and fast-paced retail environment is a MUST!
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Exhibit a strong ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
