We are currently looking for a full-time Server to join our team. This is more than just a serving position; we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us. As our restaurant grows, we want our team members to grow alongside us.
We are also happy to provide Permanent Residency (PR) support for eligible long-term team members.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, professional dining experience.
- Learn our menu thoroughly and confidently explain dishes, ingredients, spice levels, and dietary
- accommodations.
- Pay close attention to guests' dietary, religious, and cultural preferences, including:
- No Onion No Garlic (Jain) options
- Swaminarayan-friendly menu items
- Vegan and other dietary requirements
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders.
- Communicate special requests clearly with the kitchen to ensure every order is prepared correctly.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and side duties.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

- Has previous serving or restaurant experience.
- Is passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys serving people.
- Pays close attention to detail and guest needs.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is positive, reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is eager to learn about South Indian cuisine and our menu.
- Takes pride in providing exceptional service every shift.

Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring open availability. Candidates must be available to work:
- Lunch shifts
- Dinner shifts
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays as required
- Flexibility is essential.
