Job Summary
LS Staffing Solutions Inc. is currently recruiting reliable and motivated individuals for a full-time production opportunity with one of our clients in the Collingwood area.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to train dependable individuals with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks
- Trimming, packaging, labeling, product handling, and other production-related duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Comply with health and safety policies at all times
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience
- Production or warehouse experience
- Cannabis facility experience is considered an asset
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
