Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health support and therapy to diverse patient populations, including children and adolescents. This role involves collaborating with medical professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. The Psychotherapist will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and supporting recovery through evidence-based interventions.
Duties
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to patients’ psychological needs.
- Work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to develop effective coping strategies.
- Perform case management duties, including coordinating care and follow-up services.
- Collect and analyze data related to patient progress to inform treatment adjustments.
- Support patients with mental health challenges
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams by providing insights on psychological factors affecting health outcomes.
- Be able to work as a team and independently
Requirements
- Must have a degree in Psychotherapy
- Vulnerable sector check
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents.
- Familiarity with terminology and case management processes.
- Strong skills in patient care, data collection, and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, and families

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
