The Watermark Taphouse & Grille is located just eight minutes west of Burlington, in the charming village of Waterdown. The Watermark offers an interesting variety of dishes prepared daily with the freshest of ingredients. New York Steak, Pasta, Seafood, Wings, Burgers and Entree salads.
Seeking dependable, reliable and trustworthy individuals to join our dynamic team in the following positions
- Evening line cook
- 5pm - 10pm (5 shifts per week)
- Availability Monday - Saturday
- Kitchen closes 9.30 - 10pm
- Restaurant closed Sundays

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Ensure work area is clean and stocked for service
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Maintan cleanliness of kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and work stations.
- Follow all food safety and health code regulations to ensure a safe dining experince for all guests.
- Closes kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum three years kitchen experience as a line cook
- Excellent team work and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Be able to work in standing position for long periods of time
- Food Handler Certification
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
