The People & Culture Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the People & Culture team by executing core HR administrative processes and coordinating programs that contribute to an engaging, compliant, and efficient workplace. This role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset to support employees and leaders across the organization. The Coordinator ensures accurate record-keeping, supports recruitment and onboarding activities, and contributes to HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
The position’s responsibilities will generally include:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems

Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-employment activities

Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and orientation sessions

Coordinating training initiatives and supporting with performance management cycles

Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, communications, and events

Serving as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries and escalating complex matters as needed

Certificate or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRP designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset

1–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative support role working with sensitive and/or confidential information

Strong organizational and time management skills with high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
The starting hourly range is between $27 - $32 and will be commensurate with experience.
