Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Team Members to join our dynamic team. New team members would be involved in executing daily operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, and contributing to a positive work environment. The ideal candidates are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and driven to learn new skills and move shipments. Experience in the transportation industry an asset. This could be as a shipper and or receiver, driver, dispatcher and or broker. On site training for at least 3 months and then can be remote.
Duties
- Completing operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and maintain a cohesive work environment
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers or clients, addressing their needs promptly
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and participate in team meetings
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Positive attitude, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks
- Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new responsibilities
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields as a shipper and or receiver, driver and or broker is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Pay: $100,000.00-$1,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
