Job Title: Evening Shift Supervisor / Team Lead (Retail Liquor Store)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Pay: From $21/hour, depending on experience

The Role
As our Evening Shift Supervisor, you're the person in charge once the daytime managers head home. Your job is to lead by example: keep the team engaged and productive, deliver a great customer experience, and make sure the store looks and runs the way it should through close.
This is a leadership role first. When the floor is quiet, there's meaningful admin work to own as well, so we're looking for someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
What You'll Do
- Lead the evening team and keep everyone focused, productive, and customer-ready
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and set the standard for the team
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and well-merchandised through to close
- Handle closing duties, cash-out, and end-of-shift reconciliation
- Verify ID and ensure responsible, compliant service at all times
- As time permits: price changes, inventory control, help with social media, and data entry from in-store draws
What We're Looking For
- Supervisory or team-lead experience (you've been responsible for other people's work)
- Someone who takes ownership, shows initiative, and holds a standard
- Strong customer service instincts and a positive attitude
- must be 19 years or older
- Serving It Right certification, or willing to obtain it before your start date
- Reliable evening and Saturday availability
