RMT Opportunity at ViVi Therapy
We are looking for an RMT who wants to grow, not just get booked.
ViVi Therapy has been part of the Victoria community for over 20 years. We are known for high quality clinical care, long term client relationships, and a team that genuinely supports one another.
We recently had a male RMT move on from our team, and we have seen a particularly strong demand from clients looking for a male therapist. At the same time, our established client base continues to create opportunities for RMTs with a range of clinical interests.
What makes ViVi different is that we are a mentorship focused clinic.
We actively help our therapists develop the clinical skills that our community needs most, including:
- Pregnancy and prenatal care
- Sports and athletic injuries
- Functional movement and rehabilitation
- Chronic pain and injury recovery (Including ICBC)
- TMJ and headache treatment
- Working with older adults
- General therapeutic massage and preventative care
Roxanne Derkson RMT GCFP personally offers Pro Dev training and mentors our therapists in these bread and butter treatment areas because these are the types of care our patients are looking for every day. Her expertise is Functional Movement and Neuroplasticity.
Our therapists are busy. But our goal is not only about filling your schedule.
We want to help you build a diverse, sustainable and most importantly enjoyable practice.
That means helping you attract clients who challenge you clinically, expand your experience, provide guidance to prevent burnout and allow you to develop the kind of practice you want to have long term.
Our experienced therapists are also generous with their knowledge and are open to supporting newer RMTs and recent graduates who want to keep learning.

- Valid registration with the appropriate regulatory body for Massage Therapists in the region.
- Proven experience providing therapeutic massage treatments with a strong understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities suitable for different client needs.
- Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, treatment notes, and client records efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a team-oriented environment.
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution is required; additional certifications are advantageous.

Pay: $98.00-$100.00 per hour
