Dental laboratory in Surrey, BC looking for a receptionist / office administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries.
- Enter and track cases using a digital management software.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to monitor the progress of dental cases.
- Keep track of cases within the lab and coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and update information as needed in the management software.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist with general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
- Package cases and manage shipping/delivery of cases via courier.
- Support the company with any other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an oral health environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Professional and friendly attitude.
- Proficient with basic computer applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
