About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing team!
While this position will focus primarily on Heat Press duties, being a part of a small team often means assisting other production teammates from time to time in areas such as Screen Printing, Embroidery, or Digital. You may also occasionally support online store fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and general shop operations.
Heat Press:
You’ll prep garments and set up decoration, ensuring accuracy in alignment, then apply each transfer with correct time, temperature, and pressure. Duties also involve inspecting, cutting, prepping, and filing printed transfers, while keeping the overall production area clean and organized for the next job.
Screen Printing:
You’ll help bring designs to life by cleaning and preparing screens, mixing inks, aligning screens, and eventually running print jobs. Reviewing proofs, confirming garment counts and placements, verifying Pantone colour matches, and maintaining consistent quality are all vital to our process, too. Care and maintenance of screens, tools, and presses are also key responsibilities.
Digital Printing:
You may support digital production by assisting in printing operations, finishing orders after print (cutting, grommeting, masking, and packaging), and helping change print material as required.
Additional Duties:
You may contribute to online store fulfillment, product receiving, and overall shop support. This includes inspecting, sorting, counting, stacking, or folding garments, as well as packing and unpacking items designated for shipping or receiving. Other duties will include cleaning, organizing, and the use of basic tools for minor equipment adjustments or repairs.

- Demonstrates a diligent work ethic, adapts quickly between tasks, and takes initiative to complete orders efficiently under tight deadlines
- Maintains a high standard of excellence with a keen eye for detail and creative intuition
- Keeps a clean and organized workspace but is also willing to get their hands dirty
- Identifies issues in production and troubleshoots with creative problem-solving
- Collaborates as a team player, with tactful communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Works comfortably with inks, chemicals, heat, machinery, and is able to stand for long periods of time
- Brings previous experience, or has a strong interest in, screen printing, heat press, or a related field
