Property Manager
Position Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of assigned properties, including operations, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, financial management, and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on maintaining occupancy, maximizing property value, controlling expenses, and ensuring a positive tenant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee lease administration, rent collection, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant.
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and review financial performance.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and safety standards.
- Supervise on-site staff and contractors, providing direction and performance oversight.
- Prepare reports and communicate property performance, issues, and recommendations to ownership or senior management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of property management experience.
- Strong understanding of property operations, leasing, maintenance, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties, if required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,218.63 per year
