As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, providing expert product recommendations, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining our showroom, and ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture that fits their style, budget, and needs.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system.
- Manage customer orders and coordinate delivery scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Conduct cold outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and required to work on weekends when scheduled
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers.
