Trophy Hill is an established custom manufacturing shop serving the Vankleek Hill, Hawkesbury and wider Prescott-Russell area for over 20 years. We make signage, embroidery, screen printing, apparel, laser and diamond engraving, large-format printing, and trophies and awards for local schools, teams, businesses and families. We've built our name on quality and turnaround.
We're hiring a hands-on production technician to learn and run the production floor alongside the owners. The right person grows into a Production Lead role with increasing responsibility.
What you'd do:
- Run production across our equipment (training provided): heat presses, engravers, printers, embroidery machines
- Prep and finish custom orders to spec, with a strong eye for detail and quality
- Help manage the job queue so orders move on time
- Learn our design and order systems (we use Adobe Illustrator)
- Talk to customers about their orders as you get up to speed
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, organized, and genuinely good with your hands
- Comfortable juggling several jobs at once without dropping details
- Willing to learn new equipment and software (no specific trade certificate required, attitude and aptitude matter more)
- Bonus: any experience with printing, signage, engraving, embroidery, graphic design, or Adobe software
- Bonus: bilingual (English/French)
